an actual store

We took on a failing business. (Oof!) The store revamp includes a pared-down inventory (no more hubcaps or insurance sales), in-store enticements like pop-up shops and appliance trials, and new merch designed by independent artists. Then we remind people how much fun it is to shop irl. (Going to the farmers' market on the weekend, for example, isn't just about the vegetables.)

                                                                    This would be shot using the revamped store footprint and newly-added merch lines.
